Marketers Seeking Innovative Strategies for 2008
Many marketers regret relying on the "tried and true" in 2007 and have made resolutions to be more daring in 2008, according to a Next Level Strategic Marketing Group survey summarized by eMarketer. New marketing initiatives, line extensions and other innovations are part of the plan for more than two thirds of the survey's respondents. With the advertising landscape changing - TV viewership is down and Web surfing is up - Internet advertising spending is expected to continue to rise.
