National Account Executive – Inside Sales

EMI Network, a division of Graphic Village, is a growth-minded, fast-passed organization that works nationwide with professional services firms in partnership with world-renowned brands such as Forbes, USA Today and Golf Digest.  We are looking for experienced professionals in media, marketing and advertising to join our sales team.

National Account Executives are responsible for advertising sales for assigned accounts, publications and brands. This inside sales position is responsible for prospecting, selling, and closing contracts for the company’s advertising offerings while maintaining client relationships and developing new opportunities within an assigned territory via telephone, email and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a high level of activity daily, weekly and per project to drive expected sales.
  • Develop new accounts through prospecting and cold calling
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest competitive information and market trends
  • Accurately record all activity and track sales interactions with leads, prospect, clients and team members into a sales database (Dynamics 365)
  • Communicate learnings from prospects and clients to sales management to help facilitate improvements in offerings and sales strategies.
  • Actively participate and collaborate in building marketing strategies and campaigns

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong negotiation skills

Solid client relationship skills

Experience with print and digital advertising as a user or in a sales capacity

Experience prospecting through and leveraging social media in daily sales activity

Experience with high volume cold calling

Strong understanding of email marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented

Strong Organizational and processing skills

Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. The marketing assistant will help deliver the quantity and quality of assets required to support the organization’s inbound, outbound and account-based marketing and sales projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns to include prospect and client nurturing campaigns.
  • Facilitate and execute marketing campaigns and efforts to include social media management.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content, design and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, direct mail, etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Support the sales function and the sales team administratively
  • Enter data, set-up campaigns and manage projects in CRM (Dynamics)
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • List management and list segmentation

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with both PC and MAC environments and a quick learner with web-based programs (Dynamics CRM)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead flow
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies
  • Must be flexible in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
  • An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation
  • Social Media – experienced with and uses social media in day to day life
  • Email Marketing – knowledgeable of Key Performance Indicators with regard to email such as subject line creation, targeting, analytics, spam flags
