V. Daniel Magarian President/CEO
Dan has over 25 years of successful business experience. He is an entrepreneur and has started or owned several businesses throughout his career. One of his businesses grew from start-up to annual sales exceeding $25 million, over 400 employees and operations in 18 states plus the District of Columbia. Dan works closely with our Business Development team on new initiatives related to both print and digital product offerings. Dan is EMI Network’s “Chief Strategist and Visionary,” and he brings to the table new and creative ideas for advancing the company's growth.
Robert G. Graessle, CPA Vice President/CFO
Rob is a licensed CPA in both Ohio and Kentucky and came to EMI Network in August 2004 after spending over 23 years in public accounting. He has a well-diversified background in corporate and individual taxation, financial statement preparation and analysis, business valuation projects, business financial planning and budgeting and accounting systems and internal controls.
Donald M. Leimenstoll Vice President/Controller
Don joined EMI Network in 1999. His many years of experience in finance, operations and business management have been instrumental in providing EMI Network with a strong financial foundation. He handles EMI Network’s human resources, payroll, and general ledger/financial statement functions.
Tom Patterson Vice President — Production & New Media
Tom joined EMI Network in 2001. He oversees all aspects of visual communications and supervises the creative and production teams. Under his leadership, our teams consistently meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. Tom also works closely with Dan Magarian and Jim Schmidt in developing our digital product offerings.
Jennifer L. Wolfe Vice President — Marketing
Jennifer has been with EMI Network since 2001. Her background includes client relations and sales. Her responsibilities include assigning of markets for account executives, market planning, media planning, managing relationships with publishers and market/demographic research and analysis. In addition, she also serves as a liaison between the sales and graphics departments.
Phillip C. Ritchey Vice President — Sales & Training
Phil is responsible for all day-to-day activity in the Sales Department, with a particular emphasis on creating a strong, positive work culture focused on goal achievement. Motivation, training and an expectation of top-level effort and a positive attitude are core principles of Phil’s approach to leading the team. Phil works closely with all EMI Network executives to ensure 100% client satisfaction. He combines his strong background in media sales from broadcast, outdoor and print media with ongoing training programs at EMI Network to continue growing the team and paving the road for growth at EMI.
Catherine M. OBrien Director of Technology — New Media
Catherine joined EMI Network in 2002. Catherine is lead developer in a number of client and server-side web-based technologies as well as Flash application developer, and maintains a number of systems that keep EMI Network at the forefront of technology. Training and background in Graphic Design allow Catherine to think outside the box when creating technology-based solutions for a variety of needs.
Sam Womelsdorf Producer/Project Manager — New Media & Video
Joining us in the spring of 2006, Sam brought his 15+ years of experience in video production and post-production to EMI Network. While adept at producing any type of video, from documentary-style corporate video to high concept, Sam's production savvy is complemented by a skill set that includes non-linear editing, motion graphics, compression and digital asset management for the Internet.
Jim Schmidt Director of Sales Channel Development — New Media
Jim began with EMI Network in January 2007. He has extensive experience selling video production and web-based marketing solutions in the B to B area. He is responsible for developing and directing sales and marketing efforts for our Digitorial® Video product offerings as well as other offerings connected with new media such as streaming video hosting and internet media. A major focus of his role is to nurture relationships with channel partners and VAR resellers for the expansion of our digital offerings and to solidify mutually advantageous agreements with them.
Adrienne M. Sedgwick Director of Marketing and Sales — New Media
Adrienne joined EMI Network in 2002. Adrienne is responsible for a variety of marketing, production and sales roles for the New Media Group. Her M.B.A. in marketing and many years of experience have well equipped her to handle multiple projects and rotating priorities.
Rick Dammert Director of Production — Print Media
Rick is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production department. He oversees project management, graphic design and prepress for all print products offered by EMI Network. Rick also works with the sales and marketing team on the design of collateral sales materials as well as the design of new product offerings.
Cliff Woycke Advertising Manager and Director of Copy Services
Cliff joined EMI Network in 1991 and today coordinates all of the company’s copywriting services. He also works closely with EMI Network’s publishing partners, scheduling and placing all ads for print and Web publication. With more than three decades of advertising and marketing experience, he is a creative, analytical, organized and energetic manager with a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and all aspects of the business.
